Fast and Secure Delivery of Medics Care Products
Delivery
Order processing, including payment and dispatch, typically occurs within 1-5 business days for orders within the UK.
Once your order is confirmed, our customer support team will reach out to verify the details or send you an email when your shipment is ready. From this point, delivery within the UK usually takes 10-14 business days, except for specific products that may require additional time due to production processes. Deliveries to locations outside the UK may take up to 30 days.
All products are delivered via reputable local and international courier services. In addition to providing your name and address, please include a contact number so the courier can reach you as needed. Courier deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM on working days (please ensure someone will be available at the delivery address during this time). Saturday and Sunday pickups are unavailable.
Note: During promotional events, the threshold for free delivery may be reduced.
Upon receiving your package, please visually inspect it for any visible damage. If you notice damage to the package that may indicate product damage, please refuse the package and notify us immediately. If the package appears undamaged, sign the delivery slip to confirm receipt.
Our couriers will attempt delivery twice. If they cannot reach you at the specified address, they will contact the provided phone number to arrange a new delivery time. Should delivery remain unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. Once received, we will contact you to resolve any issues and arrange reshipping.

Payment Options
Medics Care offers various secure payment options for a convenient shopping experience.
Credit/Debit Card Payment
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, and Visa Secure payment cards. The card must be authorized by the issuing bank for online transactions. When placing an order and selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to the bank’s secure page for payment processing. Medics Care does not access or store your payment card details, ensuring maximum security. Data entry and verification occur exclusively between you and the bank.
Digital Wallets
To provide even more flexibility, we also accept:

Currency and Conversion Statement
All payments are processed in British Pounds (GBP). Prices displayed in other currencies are based on exchange rates provided by the Bank of England. If your card’s network uses a different rate, there may be a slight variance in the final charge amount. We appreciate your understanding.

Return of Products
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 business days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To begin the return process, please email info@medics-care.com to request a cancellation form or submit a clear statement of withdrawal.
The cost of returning goods will be borne by the customer and will be calculated based on current courier rates. Products must be returned within 14 business days from the date the cancellation notice is submitted.
Please note that custom-made products tailored to individual specifications are non-returnable. Products must be returned undamaged and in their original condition. If the product is altered or damaged, the return request may be declined.
If a promotional code was used, the discount amount is non-refundable, and only the actual paid amount will be refunded. Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
Refund of Funds
Refunds for payments made via credit/debit card will be processed through the original card. The refunded amount will be credited back to the customer’s card account directly.
Complaints
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, Medics Care guarantees that delivered products conform to the sales contract. If any issue of non-conformity arises within 2 years of purchase, Medics Care will take responsibility for resolving it.
To file a complaint, please email info@dg-brands.com with:
- Your preferred resolution (repair, refund, or replacement)
- A description of the defect, including conditions under which it occurred
- Any relevant specifics about the defect
Complaints are reviewed within 2 business days of submission. Upon receiving the defective product, we will provide an update within 7 business days and aim to resolve the issue within 15 business days (or 30 business days for technical products).
